The Role
As a Concierge, you're the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly after the sale — orders, payments, deliveries, and the occasional hiccup along the way. It's a role for someone organized and unflappable, who takes quiet satisfaction in a customer's experience being seamless from checkout to doorstep. Much of what makes shopping with us feel easy happens behind the scenes, and that's your domain.

At most stores, this role is called a sales administrator or customer service coordinator. We approach customer service a little differently, so we've given it a name that reflects that.
What You'll Do
- Process orders, handle payments, and schedule deliveries
- Help customers resolve service questions and keep their post-purchase experience smooth
- Keep everything organized and accurate, with a close eye on the details
- Work alongside the sales and service teams so nothing falls through the cracks
- Look for small ways to make the whole process run better
Who You Are
- You're organized by nature and genuinely good with details
- You stay calm and solve problems, even when things get busy
- You communicate clearly, in writing and in person
- You're comfortable with computer systems and picking up new tools
- You have experience in an administrative, customer-service, or similar role
