Repairs and Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly repair or replace it in accordance with the applicable warranty.

Custom Products

Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled once ordered. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Fees

If you choose to cancel a non-custom order, a 25% cancellation fee will apply, regardless of whether the product is in stock or has been delivered.

Fit and Space Responsibility

Please ensure your furniture will fit into your home and through all necessary entryways, including stairways, hallways, elevators, and doorframes. Customers are responsible for confirming that their purchased items can be successfully delivered into their space.

Delivery Dates

We provide the most accurate estimated delivery dates possible. However, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect timing.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are only charged when delivery occurs. If an order is canceled before delivery, the customer will not be charged a delivery fee.

Once delivery has been completed, the delivery fee is non-refundable, as it covers the services and costs associated with completing the delivery.
