The Role

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll guide people through one of the most significant purchases they'll make for their home. It's a role that combines product expertise with genuine curiosity about how people live — less about selling, more about helping someone make a decision they'll feel good about for years. You'll work as part of a team where everyone contributes to the experience we're known for.

At most stores, this role is called a furniture salesperson or sales associate. We approach sales a little differently, so we've given it a name that reflects that.

What You'll Do

Welcome people warmly and take the time to understand their space, their style, and how they live
Guide them through the options with clarity and confidence, so choosing feels easy rather than overwhelming
Learn our collections deeply enough to explain them simply, and keep up with what's new
Follow up thoughtfully and build relationships that outlast a single purchase
Support your teammates through busy stretches and more involved projects

Who You Are

You genuinely enjoy people and connect with them easily
You're curious, and you ask good questions
You take pride in doing things properly and have an eye for how a home looks, feels, and functions
You have experience in sales, retail, or another customer-facing role
You're comfortable working evenings and weekends

Nice to have: experience in furniture, interiors, or design.
